Haiku. Auf Deutsch. Or in English.
I have read this there, through the link at Gillena's :)i like this, Ralf,i like it when a haiku is a simple scene from life, and things are left to one's imagination :) wishes, devika
Isn't home where the heart is? even during holidays? lol I love this :)
Thank you very much, Lorraine and Dev.Best wishesRalf
this all hinges around the word 'gently' leading to a number of interpretations
yes, the word 'gently' is on point in this haiku, Ralf. as the reader, i want my presence to be equally gentle.
The word "gentle" makes me thing that the children are teenager ?-) The word "why" contrary to it? A crisis?
...and there is deep value is staying home; home the center of all that is..._Lovit, Ralf. _m
I really like this one Ralf. I love your use of the word gently here!
Thanks a lot everybody.@ Tikkis: As well it could be that the situation demands a gentle way of explanation and discussion. In my eyes "why" is the word which has to be filled with life by the reader. It could be a counter-point, but it does not have to be.Best wishesRalf
I like the word 'gently' - it's like a mini version of the adult word of breaking bad news gently.
Thank you, Jem! And yes, you are right.Best wishesRalf
